In-person Reiki sessions are a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. As you arrive, you’re welcomed into a serene, grounded space intentionally prepared for your healing session.
During your session, you’ll relax fully clothed on a comfortable treatment bed while I guide you through grounding meditation before beginning hands-on or hands-above-the-body energy healing. Using traditional Usui Reiki techniques, I intuitively move through your energy centres, allowing life-force energy to flow where it’s needed most.

Distant Reiki offers the same calming, restorative experience as an in-person session. Inviting you to settle your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and receive healing from the comfort of your own space. Reiki energy isn’t limited by distance, which means you can experience deep shifts no matter where you are.
Distant Reiki is especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unable to make time for yourself in your week. It’s a beautiful option for mums, busy professionals, and anyone craving grounding without needing to travel or leave home.
